The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TrustUpAI and are protected by Indian copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957, and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our written permission.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Google Business Profile, Razorpay, and AI service providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. All third-party payment processors comply with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, the Information Technology Act, 2000, or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, KudoScan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by Indian law.
